This Louisville AL2540MG-R10 Aluminum Framed Attic Ladder features an R10 insulated door with factory installed weather stripping providing more energy efficiency than a traditional attic ladder. The aluminum frame is lighter weight and more square than traditional wood frames. It is designed for attic openings of 25.5 in. x 54 in. and fits ceiling heights from 7 ft. 8 in. – 10 ft. 3 in.
